General Terms & Conditions of Apole Online Store have been made in accordance with the Consumer Protection act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

Terms & Conditions determine the functioning of the Apole online store, exposing the rights and obligations of the user and the store, thus regulating the commercial relationship between Mister Water and its customers.
Before making the purchase, please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. By using the site all terms and conditions are considered accepted, if you do not want to accept, please DO NOT use the online shop.
Shipping Fees are 35€ for each platform, 18€ for accesories and free for all poles and aerial acrobatics products.
The goods will be delivered to the customer as quickly as possible, usually within 2-15 days from the order (unless otherwise specified in the product description). Once the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation message containing the list of products ordered, the price for each piece, the total amount and the address of the recipient.
Delivery in Italy are carried out by BRT, TNT or in some cases by private couriers. Apole reserves the right to choose additional delivery methods in order to provide an increasingly efficient service. The items will be delivered to the address that the customer will provide at the time of the order as a shipping address. If at the time of delivery the customer is not available at the address provided, the package will remain in the nearest warehouse and the customer will be contacted by the courier to agree on the new delivery day. Apole will not be responsible under any circumstances for any inconvenience due to long delivery times or non-delivery of items which are indicated as not immediately available.
Personal data protection
The informations provided by the customer are strictly confidential and are treated in accordance with the protection of personal data act and the consumer protection act. The customer sends their personal data by filling out the online form on the Mister Water website. Then, only the personal informations necessary are processed in order to achieve an efficient implementation of the e-commerce activity. The customer and the operator of Apole site agree that the informations to which they have access will be kept private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without an appropriate legal basis. The operator will use the data for sales and delivery purposes only.
The site manager undertakes to implement all electronic services in a responsible and professional manner, in accordance with the principles and regulations on information security.

The informations provided below in relation to Mister Water website are true and accurate, but may present errors or diversions. Therefore, Apole online store does not justify or guarantee the accuracy of the information and content of the site. All images are symbolic and have the sole purpose of presenting and promoting the products.

All prices include VAT and are expressed in euros. The prices at the time of the order cannot be considered valid for an indefinite period of time.

The warranty has no value in the event of defects or damage (including mechanical) caused by improper use of the product, negligence and failure to comply with the instructions for use, or due to force majeure.
The purchase contract between the customer and Mister Water is considered concluded when Apole sends the customer the first e-mail on the status of the order (to confirm receipt of the order). From that moment all prices and conditions are considered fixed and valid for both parties. The person whose information will be provided to us upon completion of the order will be considered a customer. Further changes to customer data are possible within 2 hours of placing the order.
The customer chooses the items he wants to buy and adds them to the shopping cart. At check- out, he enters the data that will be requested and sends the order, which will be automatically placed in the queue. While the order is processed, the customer still has the option to cancel it (cancellation must be done via email within 12 hours of sending the order). The order will then be stored on the Apole online store server.
Within a maximum of 48 hours, Apole will take charge of the order and will be able to confirm it or, in some cases, reject it. If there is any change in the price at the time of the order, Apole will offer the buyer the lowest price.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and notify the seller within 14 days of delivery of the order without having the duty to justify the withdrawal. The 14-day period is valid from the day following delivery.

If the customer cancels the contract (after receiving the package), he must return the goods to the seller within 30 days by sending a written notification to the following address: Mister Water di Casini Andrea Via Amendola 19 56025 Pontedera PI.
The customer must return the goods to the seller intact and in equal quantities (unless this has been destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity reduced in the delivery process), which means that you will not be able to use the products freely in the period preceding the withdrawal from the contract. The customer has the right to try the articles within the limits necessary for the objective evaluation of the product. Any use of the items that deviates from what is mentioned above will be considered as use of the product, thus leading to the loss of the right of withdrawal from the contract by the customer.
The only cost for the recession is related to the shipping-return fee of the products. The shipping of the products can be carried out by the customer, or if the customer wishes, we could organize the collection. In this case the customer will be required to return the shipping costs that will be taken by Apole (based on the pricing list provided by the courier who will carry out the collection).
The seller returns the total amount of the purchase cost with a payment to the buyer’s bank account within 30 days of the notice from the customer. The return of the items within the period provided for the withdrawal from the contract will be considered as a notice of withdrawal.
In case of discount vouchers or promotional codes have been used, these must be considered as discounts and will not be returned to the customer.
For all disputes that may arise between the parties, the Court of Pisa will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Apole assumes no responsibility for any errors and retains the right to change prices and conditions.
